Crash on Launch - iOS 14.3 - [12Pro MAX]

I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 14.3. The Telegram app crashing issue started with version 12.3 and hasn't been fixed yet! Now, whenever I update Telegram to the latest version, it immediately crashes and becomes unopenable; for now, I can only revert to an older version.

Is Telegram not planning to support older versions of iOS? It's not working on my device.

I have the same problem too. Crash on startup.
