I'm running MacOS Tahoe 26.5.1 on an Intel Mac. After downloading the Intel version of WinDiskWriter, I open the app, and two popups appear.
The First Popup, says
The application "WinDiskWriter.app" can't be opened.
The second Popup, says
Malware Blocked and Moved to Trash "WinDiskWriter.app" was not opened because it contains malware. This action did not harm your Mac.
Why is MacOS saying that this is Malware? How can I get a non-malware version of the app, and make it work?
