Making tool calls more efficient, low cost and less confusing for the LLM

Hi there!

With all these articles and inputs on MCP servers being so inefficient, overloading context windows and having high costs, I got this idea. So Anthropics version of this is a rather complex infrastructure change which only works with Claude. I thought what could be the minimal implementation which would give the same benefits.

Now, this is in no way extensively tested, but I thought it was worth sharing. If only for inspiration.
