Editor: arrow keys and column autocomplete without FROM clause

From user feedback after switching from TablePlus:

1. Arrow keys (Up/Down) don't move the cursor in the SQL editor
2. No column name suggestions when typing SELECT before specifying a table in FROM

Both work in TablePlus and are expected editor behavior.
