CSV Export includes "Quote if needed" as text around values

Given the CSV Export defaults every text value is wrapped in the text Quote if needed

Example:

Quote if needed02/07/2022Quote if needed,4,15.8911879062652586,3,1003.19,937.55,Quote if neededbezahltQuote if needed

Might just be a invalid default value. Switching to " as the quote character fixes the issue.
After switching to any option I cannot switch back to the blank option that it was before.
