As part of #449 we disabled a lot of SynBioHub unit tests because SynBioHub now requires authentication in places where it did not in the past. This was a quick fix to get the builds passing in order to fix #448.
The disabled SynBioHub unit tests need to be enabled again, and we will need to figure out the right path for accessing SynBioHub. Additionally, we should verify the URLs. I see https://synbiohub.utah.edu and https://tang.ece.utah.edu in the test files. Are these still correct?
