Allow user to reorder CLIs and snips to their liking
CLIs could allow manual reordering, or be ordered by most used snips (or other metrics).
Some snips should be run in order when executing a task. A user could tag, say, "happy path", and then put the snips in order for the happy path of a task so they could easily execute it end to end.
