StackStorm v3.10 release
The majority of tests are passing for PR #6367 following the work by AJ guzzijones, Jake Z skiedude and Carlos nzlosh. Once the remaining failures are resolved, the PR can be merged. The work should be completed in the next week or two. Following the core work being merged, work will continue on docker images for the package build process so that Rocky10 and Ubuntu 24.04 can be supported. Rocky9 using Python3.11 will also be included in the packaging process.

The hubot adapter has suffered from lack of maintenance and the opsdroid adapter is yet to be produced. err-stackstorm remains maintained by Carlos nzlosh and is the most viable chatops solution available to date. If bumping hubot to a new version of nodejs produces significant difficulties/effort because of code atrophy/deprecation, err-stackstorm will be formally adopted as the official StackStorm chat bot for St2 v3.10. Hubot will remain available for people wanting to take ownership of maintaining the bot.
