Add TypeScript typings

Would be cool if Splide has typing support. I'm developing mostly in TypeScript and this would enable Intellisense and write more fail-safe code.

Great! TypeScript is nice in some situations and I think it makes you a better developer by preventing common errors. Next job is rewriting Splide in TypeScript? 😄 Have a nice rest of the week

Uhm.. I am getting some typings errors now with Angular 10. Might be just because it is more strict with return types.
