Backend Parsar for pdf file handling

Develop a backend Parser for parsing different input formats using either already existing OSS libraries, if not, check the possibility to modify and use else build your own library:

The parser should be able to extract the information from the source, create a relational database with relevant tags that each individual tools can use to extract information for this tool implementation
