Bug Description

Plex's compose file is missing the following lines to turn on HW Transcode:

devices:
  - /dev/dri:/dev/dri # for harware transcoding

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a new install and use Deployrr to build system

Expected Behavior

The device lines to be in docker compose file for Plex

Actual Behavior

The two lines were missing, so Plex was not able to see any GPU
