Allow boosting user volume above 100%

What would you like to do?

Allow boosting user volume above 100%, to something like 200%.

Why would you like to do it?

People often have microphone volumes all over the place, and thus being able to boost their volume above 100% would be very useful.

How would you like to achieve it?

The per user volume slider already exists, extending its range up to 200% would solve this problem.

it'd be nice if the user could be able to type in a value to override the limit on the slider, for instances where someone's mic settings are suuuuuper outta whack.

i've a mod for my discord install that lets me do that, and for the occasional time that windows REALLY messes with someone's audio settings, it's come in very handy to be able to hear the bean as i walk them thru fixing things.
