[Android Tauri] "Change Audio Device" Button not working

Describe the bug

Pressing the "Change audio device" in the 3 dot menu while in a call on Android does not allow you to change the output source (between loud speaker, earphone, headphones, etc.)

Reproduction

1. On Android, enter a call. Either a voice call with another user, or a voice channel.
2. Press the 3 dots to open the menu
3. Press "Change audio device"
4. Watch as nothing comes up and nothing changes.

Expected behavior

Either a menu comes up with available audio devices to use (speakerphone, earphone, headphones, etc), or it cycles between available audio devices.
