User avatars missing in Sable Call

Describe the bug

We have not tested same on web client YET, so this report is only about windows tauri build from 24 Jul 2026
Issue might be present across all versions

• User avatars are not displayed in calls, instead we see only letters (like it was in older element call)
• Issue was not present before latest merge of upstream into Sable Call
• Issue is not present in latest element client with element call - avatar pics are displayed correctly in same call

Reproduction

1. Join call with at least one user
2. See no avatar is being displayed, only username letter in circle

Expected behavior

Avatar pictures should be displayed for each user in call

Platform and versions

Windows 11
Tauri desktop build from 24 Jul 2026

Web client seems to work fine, so tauri exclusive issue for some reason
