Agent Gateway client troubleshooting improvements

Describe the Problem

During runtime, when issues happen during calls to AGW, including:

• MCP tool list
• MCP tool call
• A2A call

We are having issues troubleshooting from the logs, we must improve it.

Propose a Solution

Whenever a call fails, include in the log errors:

• Inform correlation-id header sent to AGW
• Inform the path (ordid+gtid)

Consider having the correlation id/request/response when logging is debugging
