[ENHANCEMENT] Pinned tabs are unpinned when edited by RooCode

I often pin files to keep them on the left hand side of all tabs to find them faster. However, when RooCode edits them, they are unpinned, and I have to repin them myself over and over again.

I've analyzed this issue and here's my proposed implementation plan:

Root Cause:
In src/integrations/editor/DiffViewProvider.ts, when RooCode edits a file, the open() method (lines 88-104) closes the existing tab for that file before opening a diff editor. This destroys the tab's pinned state. When the edit is accepted (saveChanges()) or rejected (revertChanges()), the file is reopened with showTextDocument() but the pinned state is never restored.

Proposed Fix (in src/integrations/editor/DiffViewProvider.ts):

1. Add a new private property documentWasPinned = false alongside the existing documentWasOpen = false property
2. In the open() method, before closing the tab at line 101, capture tab.isPinned and store it in this.documentWasPinned
3. In saveChanges(), after showTextDocument() at line 212, if this.documentWasPinned is true, pin the newly opened tab using vscode.commands.executeCommand('workbench.action.pinEditor')
4. In revertChanges(), after showTextDocument() at line 400, apply the same pinning logic
5. In reset(), reset documentWasPinned to false

Both tab.isPinned and the workbench.action.pinEditor command are stable VS Code APIs (available since VS Code 1.69+).

Updated tests: The existing DiffViewProvider.spec.ts tests will be updated to cover the pin-state preservation behavior.

This approach is minimal and surgical -- it preserves the existing tab management flow and only adds pin-state tracking/restoration on top of it.
