Thanks to @yannikzbick, this merge updates the PUE and GEF data that we previously took from CCF:

  1. The PUE values are now split by region of the cloud providers (values are taken directly from the websites of the providers)
  2. The GEF values have been updated using carbondi.com as the data from the old source (carbonfootprint.com) has been moved there
