Better navigation of Event pages.

Currently, the navigation menu cannot be nested more than 1 level. It would be nice for this to cater for more levels.

Just thinking more about this. If we were to move towards hosting 'events' on a subdomain such as pycon.python.ie. Then they can have their own top level menu, reducing the need for more nested levels.

This would mean making more use of the 'sites' feature and adding a dns entry in cloudflare for every site.
