Bindings for cuOpt solver

cuOpt solver

Dear linopy team,

I was wondering if you have any plans to support NVIDIA's cuOpt open source solver in linopy? It seems promising for accelerating large-scale LPs on GPUs, as highlighted in their benchmark here.
Would be great to hear your thoughts on potential integration or feasibility.

This is on my radar for side-project time, I'm hoping to get round to it sometime around Feb.
For the moment I've been getting good results from GPU-acceleration using cuPDLPx, and FICO have just added it as well.
I'm also hoping to test out TPU accelerated LP, e.g. MPAX, at some point.
