Subject: [PATCH] Release 0.7.4

The simulator's wasm runtime is rebuilt on pydevices 0.7.7's pins: audiodsp
0.6.10, pygraphics 0.1.1, palettes 0.0.15, pdwidgets 0.0.25 and
audioinstruments/audioeffects 0.4.1 are frozen in. A gallery example opens
by link with ?example=<name>.
