Allow Lead Retrieval Managers to configure a set of fields/checkboxes for their team to fill after each scan, instead of only a freeform "Notes" field.
Config would be pulled on app sync and rendered post-scan, then saved as JSON to the notes field.
Requires pycon-site functionality for Lead Retrieval Managers to configure fields/checkboxes, and an API for pulling this config to the app.
