Handling multiple reservations at the same time #81
Description
Currently students can book multiple reservations at the same time in the same room. Given that some students may wish to do this, a little warning icon for both CBTF centre staff and the students would be beneficial to highlight that they have double booked. Not everyone notices before the exam and can cause confusion for the proctors and the students if it was not intentional.
I also think that there should be the ability to disable this, either course wide or centre wide so that human error can be removed from the equation if a student tries to share content between sessions as a form of cheating. With the fifty minute exams in MDS as opposed to the typical three hour ones of other programs at UBC, it is very unlikely that our students will want to sit multiple in the same hour.
