Copying a prompt from the chat window do not show the proper chip view on the message box

When copying a prompt from the conversation history, using the built-in copy message feature, the resulting copied content, when pasted into the chat message box does not show the correct chip view MentionChipView.tsx. Instead, it shows a textual representation of the file.

Same for the notifications when agent needs user input or finished task
