Subject: [PATCH] Add Zenodo deposit metadata

Zenodo is now enabled for this repository, and without .zenodo.json it
infers the deposit metadata from GitHub: the account that created the
release becomes the sole author, and the title is the repository name
and description. A JOSS reviewer compares the archive's author list
against the paper's, so it needs to match.

Records the four authors with ORCIDs, the paper's title, and the MIT
licence.
