The team part of $verify currently doesn't work optimally for servers who restrict the team command. Such servers currently need to split onboarding into two parts 1) Ask user to set team via screenshot, 2) Ask user to set other fields via $verify.

Ask for a profile screenshot when $verify is called in the profile channel on servers where the team command is toggled off.
