[Suggesion] Add support for filtering items and container actions by item custom name/data

I recently needed to look for a lost item that was renamed, however it's basically impossible to search for that manually, even tho the information is there on the client.

I honestly don't know if this is possible i know you store the item's data in a blob format, i guess the strings are there in plaintext but i don't think you can query on partial text matches in there.
