Update Readme in 2024

Since the last commit was 8 years ago, it'd be helpful to have a README update saying "this project is no longer maintained. see X, Y, or Z for similar apps" assuming there are open source apps with similar functionality. I'm looking for an app that silently and automatically does an HTTP POST anytime I take a photo with the camera and this app is as close as I've found. thanks!

Sorry for the lack of update, I shall write something about it. I've began a rewrite, but got lost in the process, probably wanting to do too much without a clear mind.
