Foulborn Choir of the Storm Mana/ES miscalculation

What is the value from the calculation in-game?

With my current setup using a foulborn Choir of the Storm and 957% overcapped lightning resistance, gaining energy shield from my mana via Radiant Faith, Sanctuary of Thought and the Watcher's Eye Clarity mod, I have 22,071 mana and 21,308 energy shield in-game.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

On the current build of Path of Building this setup gives me 22,085 mana and 17,947 energy shield. If I remove the overcapped lightning res mana% modifier from the foulborn choir in pob, and then simply add the increased mana % manually in as a custom modifier (so in my case 478% increased maximum mana) it exactly matches the numbers I get in-game.

How to reproduce the issue

Open the pob I've linked, re-enable the overcapped lightning res mod on the equipped Foulborn Choir of the Storm amulet, and remove the increased maximum mana custom modifier.
