Trade search feature returning really weak items.

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

The trade search feature should return a list of items sorted by highest stat value (default).

How does Path of Building behave?

When searching without specifying a max value the search is returning very weak/cheap items, I don't know the logic that is being used but maybe it has to do with the minion stat fix done in b080452

Here is an example in the current version, it returns a 1 exalted weak item:

How to reproduce the issue

Using a minion build (companion spirit walker) with the minion skill set as as full dps:
Go to items tab.
Click Trade for these items
Click find best for Body armor slot (but any should do)
Click execute -> Confirm that an abnormally weak item is returned.
