Currently there isn't much testing for adding fields of different dimensionality to existing SGRID compliant fieldsets.
With a full 4D Fieldset (multiple time, z, y and x) should support the adding of
- 3d spatial (z,y,z) - 0D time
- 2d spatial (x,y)
- 1D spatial (z)
