🩹 [Patch]: Update linter and git config (#34)

## Description

This pull request includes several changes to configuration files and
linters to improve code quality and standardize settings across the
project. The most important changes include updates to `.gitattributes`,
the addition of new linter configuration files, and modifications to the
GitHub workflow for linting.

Linter configuration updates:
