Add HammerDB, AliSQL, and MySQL Advisor to the catalog
Three well-filled-out example entries, researched from each project's own site/repo rather than filled in from assumptions: - content/resources/software/hammerdb.md — the TPC-Council's open-source database benchmark (TPC-C/TPC-H style workloads), Testing & Benchmarking. github field set since hammerdb.com and the TPC-Council/HammerDB repo are genuinely separate URLs. - content/resources/software/alisql.md — Alibaba Cloud's open-source MySQL 8.0 branch (DuckDB-backed analytical storage engine, native vector search, flashback queries). Double subcategory (Database Software + Data Warehouse & Analytics) since it's genuinely both. No separate `github` field — the repo *is* the resource's only URL, so `link` points straight at it per RESOURCES.md's own guidance ("skip github if link already points at the repo"). - content/resources/saas/mysql-advisor.md — Kedar Vaijanapurkar's web-based MySQL/MariaDB/Percona config analyzer (same author as the existing Kedar's Blog community entry — name matched for consistency). SaaS section, not Software: it's a hosted analysis service with no self-hosted download, not a tool you run yourself. No `member`/`last_reviewed`/pricing set on any of the three — none of those are things I can respectably claim (no confirmed OurSQL membership, no actual editorial review process behind "last reviewed", and no clear pricing tiers found for MySQL Advisor beyond "the web interface appears free") — left unset rather than guessed, consistent with this repo's existing no-fabricated-content rule (fb3605f, 2a22c5f). No custom logo images either, matching the existing convention (e.g. proxysql.md) of falling back to auto-generated initials rather than sourcing external brand assets. Testing: hugo --minify — clean build, 192 pages, 0 errors. Verified all three render correctly (hero, About, tags, Details panel, primary/ secondary actions) in both themes, and appear correctly in their section's filterable listing. Built by MySQL consultant Kedar Vaijanapurkar to automate the first-pass configuration review he used to run by hand on every client engagement, MySQL Advisor analyzes the output of `SHOW GLOBAL VARIABLES` and `SHOW GLOBAL STATUS` — pasted or uploaded as text — without ever connecting to the database itself, so it's safe to run against production.

It runs roughly 150 checks across 19 categories (InnoDB memory, replication, security, clustering, and more), version-aware for MySQL 5.6–8.4, MariaDB 10.x–11.x, and Percona variants including XtraDB Cluster (Galera) and Group Replication. Findings come back ranked Critical / Warning / Info / OK, exportable as HTML, Markdown, or Word, with an optional REST API for automating the same checks in a pipeline.

AliSQL is the MySQL branch maintained by the Alibaba Cloud Database team, built on MySQL 8.0.44 and fully compatible with the standard MySQL client protocol — existing clients and drivers connect without modification. It adds enterprise features developed for Alibaba's own production scale directly into the server, rather than as external tooling.

The most notable addition is a DuckDB-backed columnar storage engine for analytical queries, reported to run over 200x faster than InnoDB on the same workloads, alongside native vector indexes (HNSW, up to 16,383 dimensions, cosine and Euclidean distance) for AI/embedding workloads, and flashback queries (`AS OF TIMESTAMP`) for reading historical InnoDB state without a separate backup restore. It's licensed GPL-2.0, the same as upstream MySQL.

HammerDB is the industry-standard open-source benchmark for relational databases, generating TPC-C (OLTP) and TPC-H (analytics) style workloads so teams can compare performance across database engines and configurations under identical, repeatable load. Beyond MySQL and MariaDB it also drives Oracle, SQL Server, Db2, and PostgreSQL, which makes it a common choice when validating a migration or benchmarking one engine against another.

It ships a GUI, a CLI, and a web interface, plus official Docker images and CI pipeline integration, so the same workload definitions can run interactively during tuning work or unattended as part of a release pipeline. Results come with automated reporting — metrics, charts, and shareable artifacts — through the TPC community's standard workflow.
