Add People profiles for the Founding Board and Spotlight contributors
Adds Company and Project as first-class fields on Member Directory
People entries, and creates profiles for everyone who didn't have one
yet.
- layouts/resources/single.html, _resources.scss, _light-theme.scss:
new Company/Project rows on a person's profile — each renders as a
link when that company or project already has its own page in the
catalog (services/software/saas/community), plain text otherwise.
Documented in RESOURCES.md.
- content/resources/member-directory/: new People entries for the six
Founding Board members besides Vadim (Matt Lord, Tomas Ulin, Sunny
Bains, Zongzhi Chen, Jean-François Gagné, Peter Zaitsev — bios and
photos reused from the existing /about/founding-board/ page) and the
four MySQL Ecosystem Spotlight founders (Alkin Tezuysal, Daniel
Guzmán Burgos, Kedar Vaijanapurkar, Steve Shaw — bios as given,
photos from their public LinkedIn profiles where available; Kedar's
isn't publicly reachable, so his entry has no photo).
Company/Project cross-link to whichever of Percona, PlanetScale,
VillageSQL, AliSQL, Planet for the MySQL Community, ProxySQL,
MyVector, DBTrail, and MySQL Advisor already exist as catalog pages.
- Vadim Tkachenko and Maria Nesterova's existing entries get the same
Company field (Percona / Underdog Consulting).
- content/blog/mysql-ecosystem-spotlight-recap/index.md: every person
named in the post (the five founders plus Vadim Tkachenko) now links
to their new profile.

Only set `company`/`project` when the bio actually names one — most People entries won't have both, some (an independent consultant, say) may have neither.

Visibility was the whole point, and the projects felt it too. Alkin told us MyVector has been around for years and is well known in the close MySQL circle but people outside it had never heard of it. He called the shared booth "the best way to unite the community and bring projects together." Steve Shaw had a similar moment with HammerDB: someone told him, "You don't realize how many people's lives you have changed." Foundations are key to open source, as he put it — and that's exactly the gap our OurSQL Universe, a growing map of the whole MySQL ecosystem, is meant to close. Amsterdam was a small preview of what that looks like in person.

The biggest thing we took away came from one question we kept hearing: people kept stopping to ask Vadim Tkachenko, the Foundation President, "How can I get involved? What do you want me to do?" That's a good problem — people are ready to contribute, they just don't know where to start. Making that clear is our job now.

So here it is, in plain terms: if you're building something around MySQL — a tool, a service, a community, anything — tell us about it. [Suggest a resource for the Universe](https://oursqlfoundation.org/resources/contribute/), or come say hi in our [Slack](https://join.slack.com/t/oursqlfoundation/shared_invite/zt-480k6h62a-t0HalCPwvXUC_lpd4aNylAl). That's how you get involved, starting today.
