Add 5 resources: gh-ost, Percona Toolkit, phpMyAdmin, and 2 books

Daily automated catalog curation (test run) — Software & Tools and
Books & Publications only, per the pilot scope.

Software & Tools (with logos):
- gh-ost — GitHub's triggerless online schema migration tool for MySQL
- Percona Toolkit — Percona's advanced MySQL command-line tool collection
- phpMyAdmin — the long-running web-based MySQL/MariaDB admin tool

Books & Publications:

All five were checked against content/resources/** for duplicates,

assets. No existing taxonomy value needed to be added — all
subcategories and facets already existed in data/taxonomy_schema.yaml.

+gh-ost runs schema migrations by tailing the binary log rather than installing triggers on the table being altered, so the extra load it places on the primary stays light and decoupled from the table's existing write traffic. Migrations can be tested in dry-run mode, throttled or paused mid-flight, and controlled interactively over a Unix socket or plain text file — without ever touching the table's structure until the final atomic cutover.
