Drop the mockup's serif type and remove the "More releases" note

Per feedback: only the mockup's block placement should have carried
over, not its own visual style. This reverts the typographic detour:

- Removed the $font-serif variable, the Newsreader Google Fonts
  import, and every font-family/font-weight/font-size override that
  pointed at it (list H1, card titles, "In the news" H2, the detail
  page's H1 and its h3 section headings). All of these now fall back
  to the site's existing global h1-h6 rules (Inter, weight 700) — the
  same defaults blog posts and every other page already use, so
  there's nothing new to maintain.
- Removed the now-empty light-theme color overrides that existed only
  to support the removed rules.
- Removed the "More releases will appear here as they are published."
  line from the Press Releases hub, and the now-dead .press-more-note
  CSS and its lt-2-releases template conditional.

Block placement — eyebrow above the title, badge/dateline/lead order,
the bordered release card, the Founding Board row table, the Media
contact box, the back-link navigation — is unchanged; only typography
reverted to the site's own defaults.

Testing: hugo --minify — clean build, 201 pages, 0 errors. Verified
both pages in both themes: headings render in Inter/700 throughout,
matching the rest of the site, and the removed note no longer appears.
