Fix empty resource lists on taxonomy term pages (#25)

term-content.html only rendered pages with a `link` front matter field.
Every Member Directory profile is link-less, so /roles/author/,
/recognition/oursql-contributor/ and every other People-facing term page
reported "N resources" in its header but rendered an empty grid.

Drop the `link` gate (the Visit button was already conditional) and give
the card the same photo / initials-placeholder treatment the main list
uses, so People entries look right here instead of as bare text cards.
Side effect: logos now also appear on non-People term pages, matching
the main category lists.
