[Networking] Client DISCONNECT event is only dispatched when the disconnect is initiated by the server #61

This affects 1.12, but I have not tested any other versions yet. If you quit through the in-game menu, ClientPlayNetworkHandler::onDisconnect is never called, which is where OSL hooks in to dispatch the event.
