Watcher's Eye CD Recovery and Debuffs expiration

Hi,

Seems like this two mods are missing from Watcher's Eye

(30-50)% increased cooldown recovery speed of Movement Skills used while affected by Haste

Debuffs on you expire (20-15)% faster while affected by Haste
