Update Toplo repository into the baseline

When ready, change the Toplo repository into the baseline by:

		baseline: 'Toplo'
		with: [ spec repository: 'github://thalesgroup/Toplo:dev/src' ]
```

And add complementary Album repository:

```st
spec
		baseline: 'Album'
		with: [ spec repository: 'github://thalesgroup/Albumdev/src' ]
```
