This is the final release of OSI outside of the ASAM e.V. working group.
The major cahnges are concerning the integration of rules to specific OSI messages which can be handled by the OSI-Validator. In addition the documentation has been moved to a separate repository which builds a Sphinx documentation using a chron job every day reading the information from the other repositories. Then main goal of this release is the improvement of quality of the overall interface and build/test infrastructure.
