PDF forms that already have fields

I've had to fill in some forms that had checkboxes and text boxes to enter information.

Looks like they were intended to be printed out so a wet ink signature can be added.

When I import them into OpenSign, all the existing fields and their content is lost...

It would be good if existing fields could be retained - obviously still allowing the addition of a signature field.

(I know I could regenerate all the checkboxes and text entries in OpenSign - but there are lots in the forms I've been using!)
