Template instantiations fails to deploy docker image

the template instantiation fails.
Chapter 6, thsi is the step after importing the template.
oc new-app --template="dev/dev-todo-app-flask-mongo-gogs"

There is a PR #4 to fix that. If you have recent version of OpenShift, check also my comment from issue #5.
