networkmanager is not working properly

following this section, i am trying to install openshift cluster in vmware.
i did lots of attempts and made a couple of resolutions on some issues.
the final is due to network manager where nameserver is set to hostip everytime after networkmanager is restarted and some package installations are failing because of lost connectivity.
