Missing documentation around user `boot` runlevel and `pam_openrc`.

This is a race condition because emptty starts sway independently of openrc user services.

emptty doesn't wait for openrc user services before starting sway.

I guess I should just include dbus in graphical runlevel and make sway start graphical runlevel instead of starting dbus outside sway.

i'd recommend starting dbus on the boot runlevel. boot is the only runlevel the login stack will wait for -- so if it's there, it'll always be started by the time sway runs

Where is boot level for openrc user services documented? This should be documented somewhere.

it's mostly the same semantics from system's boot, but i see we really did not document the pam_openrc behaviour
