Currently it is not very clear how to make changes to existing problems. We should add a section to the main readme about how to do this. This should at least include:
- Which file to edit if making a pull request (and reference to what format to follow + how to verify?)
- Where to send requests for changes if not making a pull request (and what information to include?)
The same changes should also be done for OAL and OFL (make sure to check if any instructions need to be changes for their different schema). If not immediately done together with this issue, create new issues to do this for the other libraries.
