After migrating NethVoice instances from NV14 to NS8, the VoIP Providers list is not refreshed and appears to miss newly certified providers (e.g. MyNet, NetoIP, OVAL, Terrecablate, VoipTel 2). This has been observed on all migrated instances.
It seems the providers table is updated only during the first module update; if a migrated instance installs directly the latest version (e.g. 1.6.6), the update logic is not triggered and the list remains outdated (possibly inherited from NV14).
Steps to reproduce
- Start a migration from NV14 to NS8 for a NethVoice instance.
- Ensure the migrated instance ends up installed directly on the latest module version (e.g. 1.6.6) without running a subsequent module update.
- Open the NethVoice UI on NS8 and navigate to the VoIP Provider selection/list.
- Check the available providers.
Expected behavior
The VoIP providers list is updated immediately after migration and includes all currently certified providers.
Actual behavior
The VoIP providers list is outdated after migration and misses newer providers (e.g. MyNet, NetoIP, OVAL, Terrecablate, VoipTel 2) until a module update occurs.
