I want to help on the openshell drivers rfc as well as improve organizational semantics for sandboxes (e.g. labeling)

Why this change?

I am a Kubernetes maintainer working at Red Hat (SIG Arch Chair and Node TL) and have an interest in ensuring OpenShell works great on relevant runtime platforms (k8s, podman).
