`backup_framework.tf` misses resources tagged with `selection_tags`

Current Behavior

The introduction of selection_tags in #33 missed the checks in backup_framework.tf. They only look for the single selection_tag and its value, while the backup logic also works from supplementary tags.

Expected Behavior

Resources matching the selection_tags list should also be covered by the reporting.
