Disable teleportation while in combat

Hey there,
I've been looking for something like this for a while that would work with Multiverse, but I can't really find anything. Since I have the permission `multiverse.core.tp.self` enabled for everyone so they can teleport to words, is there any way to disable teleportation during combat or health loss? A built-in feature of Multiverse or even just a separate plugin.
