Problem durring connection to host: WebSocket connection to "wss:// ADRESS " failed: Error in connection establishment net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

The message just before sais connection to wss:// ADDRESS and the one after sais Socket Error Event {Lots of info}

Can someone explain a bit why this is happening ?

I'm not sure what causes this error, it could be an ssl issue or another issue with from the web browser
